My teaching style.
My teaching style is centred around a love of music of all styles enabling me to connect with students with music that they really want to play.
I like talking to my students about music they've heard and are excited about, helping them to understand the building blocks of music and playing songs they love.
I received a first class degree from the University of Sussex studying music. I hold grade 8 certificates in Piano and Guitar and teach all abilities and styles on both instruments. In my own studies, I have continued to study for further diploma exams and I am learning Cello.
I can teach in Classical, Rock, Pop and Funk styles. I have prepared students for exams with ABRSM, Rockschool and Trinity on both instruments.
